Kaixon Sub-processors

The providers who help us run Kaixon

Kaixon runs on a deliberately small set of service providers ("sub-processors"). Each one is bound by a data processing agreement, and we remain fully responsible to you for what they do with data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where “sent from” differs from “stored in”. For email, the sending region and the storage region are not the same thing. Where a provider sends from one place and keeps the delivery record — the message itself, the email address, subject line and timestamps — in another, the “Where” column names both.

Where AI sits, and where it doesn’t. Kaixon’s scoring is deterministic software: no AI model sees your assessment answers. One AI does sit in the product — the help chat in your account, run by Anthropic — and it receives only what you type into it. Separately, our providers have providers too, and some of those offer AI services; that sits on the path that delivers your email — the address it goes to, the subject line, the timestamps — not on your assessment content.

Changes to this list. Before we add or replace a sub-processor that can touch subscriber vault data, we update this page and email subscribers at least 14 days in advance. If you have a reasonable data protection objection, our Data Processing Agreement explains your options.
