Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. "Similar technologies" include things like local storage and pixels. They can be essential (needed to make a site work) or non-essential (analytics, personalisation, advertising), which require your consent.
Kaixon is built to collect as little as possible. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. We only use what's needed to run the site securely, plus — once added — privacy-friendly analytics that don't identify you.

We do not currently set any non-essential or advertising cookies.
When we add analytics we plan to use Plausible, which is privacy-friendly, EU-hosted, and works without cookies and without collecting personal data. If we ever use a cookie-based analytics tool instead, it will be added to the table above and gated behind your consent first.
Everything we set today is strictly necessary, so no consent banner is legally required for the current site. Before we ever place a non-essential cookie, we'll ask for your consent first through a cookie banner, and you'll be able to accept, reject, or change your choices at any time.
You can also control cookies in your browser settings — block or delete them — though blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
We'll update this policy as our tools change and note the date at the top.
